Last menu item width
Using the free version of Tigra Menu, until I work out all the requirements. Have 2 menus on the page, each having level 0 and level 1. I noticed that
the width of the last menu item, level 0, is wider than the rest. Is this "by design" for the free version? Thanks in advance.

Actually they all have the same width, but those looking wider are just overlapped by next items. Last item is not overlapped so it looks different.
You can reduce the width or increase the offset within the blocks. Sometimes items may be expanded beyond the size set in config by the text inside
and by margin/padding settings.
