No transition/continuous scroll of one thing

Hey there,
I'd like just an unordered list, which I've put into s0_data/content1.html, to scroll continuously with no pauses and no transitions...how do I do this? Whenever I try to comment out the transition line, it won't load my content?

Could you attach your scroller's tpl file?
