missing icons?

I got my tree menu pro working fine with one exception, dont get the icons to load.. (well, 2 are actually showing up..). I am no master at this so i am afraid i will get lost somewhere down the line without help... The icon folders are in place.
The tree is working fine (all icons loading) on the local testserver but when uploaded to the ext. server this problem occurs.
Any suggestions?

Did this work?

Seems that he is still getting one or two icons to show - why not the rest? I am having the same type of problem except that I am nto getting my icons to show up on either environment.

IE icons missing

I have similar problem but it turns up only in IE.
