i paid...now when and where do i get the files?

i ordered pro and made the payment but there were no instructions on where i'm supposed to download the pro files from. whats the deal with that? i need to get to work on this stuff right away.

SOFTCOMPLEX IS A FRAUD. THEY STOLE MY MONEY.

ok, well, no responses here and no responses to my emails to softcomplex support, so I'm filing a fraud complaint with paypal and with my credit card company. i paid you people my money and got absolutely no instructions on how to download the product. that's a really crappy thing to do to people.

There can be delays delivering products ordered via paypal. We are working on automated delivery system for this payment operator. Please, don't send complains to paypal just after submitting your payment: resolving them takes time.

People ordering our products via ShareIt receive them immediately after credit card is authorized. Automated delivery system for this payment operator is created and reliably working.

Suggestion: don't panic on such cases even when ordering from other vendors. You are protected by the payment operator.

--NOT EXACTLY.

I received my invoicing email but no attachment. I wrote to TIGRA and later that day I did receive the program.

We've been updating the product package at ShareIt, so during this process we had to deliver scripts manually. Now automated delivery system is back on track.
