Superb Support From SoftComplex
I've been an IT manager for more than 28 years. As I am sure we all know, all software will have bugs from time to time. What matters is how the
author responds to the bug report.
During the past 3 days, I came across 2 bugs involving Form Validator Pro.
The first was a problem with a required field being set to false and specifying a min and max length. Within 36 hours of opening a support ticket, I
received a new fixed version.
The second was a compatibility issue with a 3rd party DHTML menu program. Most vendors would have said "sorry, not my problem".
SoftComplex went above and beyond! They actually took the time to analyze the DHTML menu builder code and modified Validator to coexist.
To go a step further, they gave me the new version in less than 16 hours!!!
