Events that repeat by day rather than date

Is it possible to enter events that repeat by day rather than date?
For example, every Wednesday or every fourth Tuesday.

When you add an event, scroll to the bottom and there is an area that says "Select how often this event should repeat:" .

Select the frequency of event e.g. Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly and fill in the appropriate timing schedule below.

As for "every fourth Tuesday" For this do a weekly repeating, select every 4th week, and choose Tuesday as the day it repeats on.

Repeating Events - Every 2nd Monday versus every 4 weeks on a Monday

I want to enter repeating events that occur on the second Monday of each month.
If I select "every 4 weeks on Monday", then it gets thrown off when there's a month with 5 Mondays in it.
So for example,
I want the second Monday in June and July which is:
Monday June 9th 2008
Monday July 14th, 2008
But it schedules:
June 9th
July 7th
since there are 5 Mondays in June.
Currently, I don't see a way to do this.
Any ideas?
