Pro Scroller not working with dhtml menus

I use Tigra Scroll Pro with sitexpert dhtml menus but it only works in Firefox. In IE there is no scroll display. With the non-Pro version however it works. Any idea what the incompatibility is?

This may be z-index conflict. Try higher z-index settings for the submenus or the scroller. If nothing helps zip the files needed to reproduce the problem and attach the package to the support ticket, we'll take a closer look.
