Simple HTML scroller
This simple script provides the scroll controls for the scrollable element with the scroller hidden (style="overflow:hidden") Good solution for the
designers who need the scrollable element but think that the standard window scroll controls are too ugly for the design.

Another version that only shows scroll buttons if the content of the element overflows.
