I need help with plasing menu in a frame!!!!!

Can anyone help my with my problem??? I've made a gorizontal menu, using _builder, but I can not place my menu in a frame of one page, I want my menu to target linked HTML documents to another frame. With opening the page in an browser, I get "The page cannot be displayed" in all frames. I use Dreamweaver. I am just beginning an don't know how to improve this problem.
Please, someone!!!!!!!!

In the items description you have _main as the target (in at least one instance you have -main).
I'd recommend avoiding the names like that because they're very close to reserved names such as _top _parent etc.
Anyway, make sure the target matches the name of the frame/window you want links opened in.
