Could the menus hold the links in same page?

Hello just wondering if the links within tigra menus can be opened within the same page?

I'm not sure what you mean by that. By default the link will open in the same window reloading the page. You can also use the links that scroll to a specific position in the same page. Anyway, the menu uses the standard <a href=".."> tag, so whatever is possible with that tag is also possible with the menu.
