Suggested changes

I've enjoyed using this product once i figured it out. However, I would like to make a few suggestions to possibly help this product out more. When you go to view the calendars index allow the person to view by day, week, month, just like in the event editor. and allow the person to advance or retreat views by using the arrow.

In curent version of PHP Event calendar you can show events by day or by month.
