Navigation breaks in IE 6 with the addition of application/x-oleobject

Hi,

I have a page where there is both a horizontal and vertical navigation bar. Everything works fine in IE 6 until I add a wmv file to the page using an application/x-oleobject. Once the object runs if you clcik on any menu options it crashes the browser.

This only happens in IE 6, everything works fine in IE 7. Any help would be appreciated.

sounds like a browser bug. The menu doesn't interact with the objects of the page. Try the same with different computers. This is the first report of such problem.

Same affect on diferent computers.

I have tried the same thing on different computers. The only thing I can come up with is a microsoft update is causing the problem. It worked on one computer that had not been patched in awhile. The windows update install KB946627 for IE 6 and it no longer worked.
