Transparency in Tigra Pro?

It would appear that my Tigra Pro does not allow me to make the drop down portion transparent. Correct? Also, whether or not transparent, how do I get the drop down boxes to appear "over/on top" of the page contents below the menu? My drop down boxes appear "behind" the page contents. I finally managed to get the menu positioned where I want it but unless I leave a large gap below the menu, I can't get the drop down boxes to appear over the page contents.

You may need an upgrade to GOLD version to get the result you want.
