How do I implement the Hover Event

Dear body,
I found the slider on the internet.It's very cool.
but,I am not expert at javascript,that a pity!

so ,I came here to find help.

Now,I wang to implement of the Hover Event.
What i mean is that when My mouse hover on the slider, I want to invoke a function,and when My mouse out the slider.It's do another function.

How do I change the slider.js?????
Can someone give the code.
I would be appreciate!
