hignlight row inaother frame

I have a frameset

menu
banner
main

in the menu I have the Tigra Tables, which works like a charm, however. If i click on a link on the main frame i want the link to
open up a WEB page + hignlight one of the options in the Tigra Table automatically

Can this be done?

Initially you can set any table, row highlight included. You can do this because table for Tigra Tables isn't formed automatically. It's taken ready from document.
